Allison Caffrey joined the U.S. Soccer Foundation as Grants Coordinator in September 2011, after receiving her M.Ed. in Policy and Management from Harvard University in May 2011. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, Allison worked as a Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman John W. Olver (MA-01) from 2008-2010. While in Washington, she reviewed, evaluated, and made funding recommendations for federal grant applications.
Allison has also worked with CityKicks as a Program Manager, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations and coordination of all aspects of the organization’s after-school soccer program. Before her time at CityKicks, Allison taught 5th and 6th grade at Esperanza Academy in Lawrence, MA as an AmeriCorps Teaching Fellow.
Allison graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government in June of 2006.
