The Soccer Funders Network is a working group, led by the U.S. Soccer Foundation, which is comprised of private and public philanthropic organizations who support educational and leadership development projects and programs through the sport of soccer. Current members are focused on serving children in economically disadvantaged rural and urban communities across the United States.
The Foundation strongly encourages individuals or organizations seeking grants to contact members of the Soccer Funders Network directly for further information regarding current grant guidelines, initiatives and application materials.

OUR GOALS
- To unite all charitable organizations that support the sport of soccer in order to share information about grant funding programs and priorities for grassroots soccer organizations that serve children in economically disadvantage areas.
- To centralize this information in an online resource center on the U.S. Soccer Foundation's website.
- To work with Soccer Funders Network members to encourage their constituents and grassroots soccer organizations to utilize the Soccer Funders Network Resource Center for information on grant funding opportunities and best practices.

WHAT WE HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH
-
Through our combined efforts, we hope to encourage more soccer organizations to get involved and unite behind the need for shared resources and increased opportunities for at-risk children and families in hard-to-serve economically disadvantaged areas.
-
In addition, we want to determine the most effective vehicle for engaging members of the Soccer Funders Network in strategic planning- whether it be through forums, networking events, or list serve share resources.
