Courtney Fischer

Passback Program Manager

Bio

Courtney joined the Foundation after completing tenures with Disney's Wide World of Sports and Golf 20/20, a PGA TOUR initiative to grow the game of golf. While at Duke University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Markets and Management, Courtney served as an intern for Meredith Communications, a sports public relations firm in the Washington, D.C. area.

While she devoted much of her time at Duke to playing lacrosse, where she started for the nationally ranked Blue Devils, Courtney was a member of numerous travel soccer teams in the D.C. area and was captain of her high school soccer team at The Potomac School (McLean, VA).

Foundation Responsibilities

As Passback Program Manager, Courtney is responsible for organizing and implementing collections at youth tournaments across the country, overseeing the Passback Stars Program and helping to identify recipients of all equipment collected.  In addition, she assists the Program Director in coordinating the MLS collections and Eurosport partnership.  Courtney will develop all new aspects of the Passback Program's growth.
