    • Regular Reporting Requirement

Annual Grantee Reports, as set forth in your grant agreement, must be submitted every year for five years following the total disbursement of your grant award. A "call for submission" alert will be transmitted to the primary point of contact once total disbursement of the award is made.

    • Pictures, please (digital are preferred)

The Foundation requests that pictures be submitted, at a minimum, with each annual report (preferrably in digital format). Grantees are encouraged to submit pictures on a more frequent basis.

    • Permanent signage

Wherever possible, the Foundation would like each grantee to display permanent signage that informs their constituents of the partnership between the Foundation and the grantee.

    • Updating contact information on a regular basis

Each grantee is required to submit updated contact information with each annual report OR WHENEVER THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE PRIMARY AND/OR SECONDARY CONTACT.
