Charles Marshall
Treasurer/Secretary

Charles Marshall is a management consultant, managing partner at Warehousing Enterprises, LLC and Chair of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum. Charles is very active in the soccer community and currently serves as Treasurer for U.S. Soccer Foundation Board of Directors, and as a member of the Rules Committee for the U.S. Soccer Federation.

He served as Chairman of the ad hoc Governance Task Force for the U.S. Soccer Federation and is a former Member of the Risk Management Committee for U.S. Youth Soccer Association. He also served as Deputy Director, Region IV for the U.S. Youth Soccer Association and was President, Oregon Youth Soccer Association

Charles resides in Beaverton, Oregon with his wife Linda. They have two adult children and four grandchildren.
