Sarah joined the Foundation in February 2008 after completing a Master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University in Saint Louis, Mo. She specialized in international cooperation and cultural studies. Sarah also has a Bachelor’s degree in History from Saint Norbert College in DePere, Wis. While in school, Sarah interned at the D.C. Commission for the Arts and Humanities and the Peacebuilding and Development Institute.

Sarah developed a passion for watching and playing soccer in Milwaukee, Wis. She was named MVP of her soccer team in high school and continued to play in coed leagues in college and after college.
