Gifts of Real Estate

Making a donation of real estate to the U.S. Soccer Foundation is a way to support the work of the Foundation while providing you with significant tax benefits. Donating a house, farm, vacation home, office building, undeveloped land or other marketable property can be done in various ways to meet your personal needs.  You can retain the use of the property, or income from it, for your lifetime or give it to the Foundation now.  In either event, you will receive income and/or estate tax benefits that could be substantial.
