Welcome to the Urban Soccer Collaborative's Membership Page. You can register as a Program Provider or a Collaborative Supporter. Details on each membership type are below:
Program Providers
Available to any organization who:
- Agrees to support the mission of the Collaborative
- Agrees to be subject to Collaborative Articles (PDF) and Bylaws (PDF)
- Agrees to accept Collaborative policies and procedures as a condition of membership, including the non-discrimination and standards statements, and others as the Collaborative may properly adopt in the future
- Completes a membership form
- Pays an annual $100 membership fee
- Is a 501(c)(3)
- Has a primary focus of serving youth in underserved communities
- Has a youth development component
- Has a soccer component

Collaborative Supporter
Available to any individual or entity who:
- Agrees to support the mission of the Collaborative
- Agrees to be subject to Collaborative Articles (PDF) and Bylaws (PDF)
- Agrees to accept Collaborative policies and procedures as a condition of membership, including the non-discrimination and standards statements, and others as the Collaborative may properly adopt in the future
- Completes a membership form
- Pays an annual $100 membership fee
